The Election Commission (EC) is set to announce 95% of the official election results on May 7-8, according to media reports. The EC will meet again on Monday from 10am to go through all of the remaining petitions. It has decided to officially announce the names of at least 95% -- or 333 MPs -- elected from 350 constituencies on May 7. EC staff have already prepared a venue on the 2nd floor of the EC office for the announcements. The new election will be held without taking new applications, meaning that Pheu Thai will lose the seat.
